With the Nextech patient portal, our patients have 24/7 access to summaries of their medical records.  Patients can also use the portal to send a message to their physician. 

If you have already registered for the portal and would like to login, click the link below.  If you are an existing patient and would like to gain access to the patient portal, please call our office or email your full name and date of birth to info@fargoretina.com.  We will respond with instructions on how to access the portal within 48 hours.
